This waterfront project on the Texas Gulf Coast took an elevated home from bare foundation forms to a finished gunite pool and deck. It is a clear look at what we do best: the structural shell that everything else is built on.
From foundation to finished
We set the steel and forms, then shot and hand-finished the gunite shell in a continuous pour. The shell was cured to full strength before the deck, coping, and finishes went in.
Built for the waterfront
Waterfront and elevated homes on the Gulf Coast deal with sun, salt air, and storm weather. A properly placed and cured gunite shell is built to hold up to all of it for decades.
